Frequently Asked Questions
YES! It is uncomfortable but, tolerable. Some weirdos actually enjoy it.
We use a waterproof breathable bandage that you will leave on for 24 hours. After the 24 hours have passed it WILL look gross under there. Gently wash the bandage off using soap and warm water to loosen the adhesive bond.
- Wash the tattoo with a mild unscented soap. Pat it dry with a single use paper towel.
- Apply a dab of aftercare ointment and rub it in as if you are applying lotion.
- Within the next couple days your tattoo will begin to flake and get itchy. Don’t pick it!
- Just keep applying the lotion when it feels tight, approximately 2-3 times a day.
- After the bandage is removed, do not over hydrate it.
- The most common cause of over hydration is using too much ointment.
- Swimming and hot baths are out for the next 10 days.
- Give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.
That depends. Prices start at $100 and go up from there. We will try to give you a flat rate for most tattoos and are happy to help you work within your budget for custom designs.

If your immune system isn’t in top shape, getting a tattoo is not the best idea. While it may be tempting to proceed with an appointment, postponing for better health ensures that you have enough strength and white blood cells to heal quickly, avoiding potential complications. Additionally, reaching out ahead of time keeps both yourself and others safe from any illnesses that could spread under close contact conditions inside a studio setting. Put safety first – wait until you’re feeling amazing before booking another session!
